I fix buildings, not people. However, when a client calls and asks if mold exposures can cause “xyz” symptoms, I simply answer “yes.” I tell them we are learning more and more about mold toxicity, and as you can see the list is far beyond respiratory illness. The influence ranges from our central nervous system to behavior and emotions.
What’s important to know is that its not all about “toxic mold” or “black mold toxicity”. When a person reacts to common mold, it's toxic to them.
